i) Ensure decisions and recommendations of the Committee are arrived at in a timely manner.
ii) Report on the Committee's proceedings and seek for approvals from the Executive Committee.

i) Take minutes for the meeting.
ii)Distribute to Committee members minutes, agendas, reports etc.
iii) Keep detailed records of the Committee.
iv) Schedules for meetings

i) Coordinate activities amongst the members.

OBJECTIVES OF THE COMMITTEE

i)To provide financial oversight for all financial activities of the Association.
ii) To assist the Executive Committee in evaluating viable Financial investments and enterprises for the near future as art of its strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A)To perform an advisory role on Association's Financial operations.
A)To review and make recommendations on financial management, cash flows, Financial plans/budgets etc
C) Identify weakness in the accounting systems and recommend suitable measures to address such deficiencies. Conduct audits on Treasurer's reports.
D)Go through and advice proposed budgets of all sub committees. E) Solicit for funds/sponsorship.
F) Draft budget proposals for the entire association for a specific period. i.e. Yearly budgets./annual
G) Submit its reports and findings to Executive Committee.
